Privacy & Support
This policy covers every app I publish, including Soon Enough and Tick Track.
Privacy Policy
My apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
Everything you enter — events, dates, locations, photos, watches and measurements — stays on your device (and in your own iCloud or computer backup, if you use one). There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs.
Microphone (Tick Track). Tick Track uses the microphone only while you are measuring a watch, to listen for its ticking. The sound is analyzed on your iPhone in real time and is never uploaded or shared. You can revoke microphone access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.
Apple services. Some features rely on Apple's own services on your device: location suggestions in Soon Enough come from Apple Maps as you type, and notifications are scheduled locally by iOS. These are governed by Apple's privacy policy; my apps don't store or share that data.
Purchases. If an app is paid, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. I never see your payment details.
Children. My apps don't knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes. If this policy ever changes, the update will be posted on this page with a new date below.
Support
Email vbauerh@gmail.com. Please mention which app you're writing about, your device model, and the iOS version. It's just me answering, so give me a day or two.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, so refund requests go through Apple as well: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase.
